Three Convenient Options to Sign Up and Pay for 2018
Option A: Pay by Check
Mail one check for the full amount ($225). If you’d like to pay installments by check, email me for details.
Print out this form, fill it in, and mail it in with your check. Be sure to chose your pick-up location/day of the week.
Option B: Single Online Payment
Pay online in a single payment ($225, plus $12 processing fee)
Pay by PayPal, credit card, or debit card.
The options are clearly marked.
Option C: Online Installments
Pay online in three installments of $80 each
Pay by an existing or new Paypal account you can set up by following the small and misnamed “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” link.
Once we receive your payment we will send you a confirmation email. Thank you!
